Why would I recommend him?

 

Clay has been our agent for the last 8 years and during that time, I can think of few others that have provided a better customer service experience than Clay. Whether it be returning calls and emails immediately, showing us how to save money on our insurance policies, or holding our hand through the claim filing process.....his level of service and attention has always remained amazing. In a world that no longer seems to value customer service, Clay is truly the exception. What are all of the services you provide?

 

Clay: I specialize in protecting my clients from Risks that could prevent them from accomplishing their dreams. I provide a full range of Risk Management services ranging from and including Home, Auto, Business and Life Insurance. We also insure Boats, ATV’s, Motorcycles, RV’s, Travel Trailers and Rental Properties.

 

How are you different from others in your field?

 

Clay: Before opening my agency I spent 10 years as a Private Wealth Manager advising clients on all aspects of their financial health from Retirement Planning to Investment Advice and Tax planning. Knowing how all these pieces work together allows me to provide the best advice as it relates to Risk Management services. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. This binds me to the CFP® Board's Code of Ethics and its obligations to uphold principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence. The Rules of Conduct require CFP® professionals to put their clients' interests ahead of their own at all times and to provide their services as a "fiduciary" — acting in the best interest of their clients.

Clay: We provide the highest level of customer service and pride ourselves on being extremely responsive to our clients. In an age of impersonal business transactions, call centers and fleeting loyalties, we are proud of a commitment to personal service. My promise to you is to be at your side and available to answer financial questions that might affect you and your family.

 

What drives you to be the best in your area of expertise?

 

Clay: Every morning I wake up, I challenge myself to be a trusted adviser for my clients. I do this so that you can spend your time on the things that are important to you. I’m driven by the thought of providing you peace of mind that when you lay your head down at night, you know that your family is protected from the things that may damage your financial livelihood and to be a resource to your family for the years to come.
