Building a Custom Home in Frisco, Prosper, and Celina!

Are you thinking about building a home in Frisco, Texas?  Maybe you and your family are looking to build a home in Prosper or Celina.  If so, I would love to talk to you about new the new construction process. I've got loads of experience with new builds.  I have personal experience, having built two homes and I have helped clients with their new builds.

 

There's a lot that goes into the process…lots and lots of moving pieces.  For that reason, it's really good to have another pair of eyes there to make sure that things are getting done correctly.  If the Builder messes up, your Realtor is there to make sure that they own up to the mistake and fix it.  As your Realtor in a new build, I am there from the signing of the contract until after your closing.  If you have any issues I will always step in and help out.  It’s amazing piece of mind.  Ultimately, it’s one less thing for you to worry about in this already crazy stressful process.

 

The best part…it's free to you.  The Builder will always pay your Realtor and often times you can walk away with a better deal coming in with a Realtor than you would without.  Why you may ask?  Because we have the familiarity with the process to negotiate extra incentives and perks on your behalf that you might not have thought to ask about. 

 

But I still bet you are wondering if you could get a better deal without one.  If they aren’t paying my Realtor, I’m sure they will discount me that amount.   Unfortunately, the short answer is this doesn’t happen.  Builders won’t discount the sales price in the amount of the Realtor’s commission. 

 

More over, builders actually like working with Realtors.  Establishing strong working relationships with Realtors is a huge part of their marketing.  We bring them lots of business by informing our clients of their product.   SO…if they are paying my commission and I can possibly get you more incentives, why not have me on your side.  Don’t forget about those times when “you know what” hits the fan and you have me to call the builder…so you don’t have to!
